HOW CAN I INCREASE MY ODDS OF LEAVING THE SHOP WITH WHAT I WANT?
When a new batch of goodies are listed:
1) Be sure to follow me on www.instagram.com/snewceramics and turn on post notifications. I will always post when there is an update or sale.
2) Check out fast as the items in the cart are not held. Cart Jacking is frustrating!
3) Refresh the website page at scheduled update time so that the listings that are scheduled to go live will load on your browser
4) Make Absolutely Sure your address is correct. I ship to the address you provide and I'm sure you don't want to pay for shipping twice.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS OR HOLDS FOR ITEMS?
I cannot hold items & I am not accepting custom orders at this time. You can always send a message about customs sometimes I will open slots
SHIPPING
All ready-to-ship work will be shipped within minutes-5 business days via USPS priority mail or small packages USPS first class. International items are shipped international first class and can take a little longer to arrive than normal. I try to use all recycled packing materials. Please consider reusing and/or donating these materials.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAX
Buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I cannot change the item value on the customs slip. I am not responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs.
DAMAGES
I do my best to pack each item carefully to ensure a safe arrival. Pottery is already fragile and sometimes things happen. If your item arrives broken please contact me immediately. I must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery to replace.
CAN I PUT MY POTTERY IN THE MICROWAVE AND DISHWASHER?
Read the description! Some of my wares are both microwave and dishwasher safe and some are not! Diorama Pottery is NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. Please use common sense when removing vessels from a microwave after they have been heated—as both the vessel and liquid can be hot enough to burn you. Never Microwave pottery that has been soaked in water beforehand.
CARE
Pottery is fragile, but with the proper care your pieces should last for many years. Although some of my work can be put in the dishwasher, a nice hand washing is what they really want :)
Diorama Pottery is NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.
